Me-Me.com uses a predominantly Agile project management framework approach.

Agile (adaptive) project management frameworks

In instances where there is a need for ongoing development work of more than 3 weeks, Me-Me.com prefers to use an Agile project management framework.

This ensures that the project gets the absolute best results from the resources allocated. In simple terms, an agile project approach gets AT LEAST as good a result as an old fashoined predictive ("waterfall") approach, and in most cases far superior. Agile also ensures that the product (be it a website, mobile site, broadcast,...) gets released to the business more rapidly, and thus has a better chance of increasing reach and your success over your competition.

Agile frameworks include:

Predictive project management frameworks

Sometimes prefered by the upper management in organisations, predictive project management frameworks such as Prince2 focus more on the deliverables of a project, planned out onto a timeline in advance of development work. To a large extent, this presumes that the project planners know the features and deliverables that best suit the business need. Me-Me.com prefers an agile project management framework, though we are happy to work within our clients preferred framework.
